Why Give-A-Neigh?

GivingTuesday began in 2012 and is a special day dedicated to giving back to the causes meaningful to you. Each year, on the Tuesday following US Thanksgiving, people all over the world come together for one common purpose: to celebrate generosity by volunteering and donating.

Strides took this opportunity to rename GivingTuesday as Give-A-Neigh back in 2021. Since a vast majority of our herd come from unfair situations, starvation, and slaughter, Strides decided to honor our equine hero's who give so much. Give-A-Neigh is a reminder to inspire not only generosity but to also inspire our community to pay it forward to bring more good into the world!
